No person in the United States shall, on a basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.
Any person may report sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, in person, by mail, by telephone, or by electronic mail, using the contact information below, or by any other means that results in the Title IX Coordinator receiving the verbal or written report.

Building Title IX Coordinator: Building Principal
The building Title IX Coordinator provides professional development across the building and meets with the victim to discuss measures of concerns and to file a formal complaint.
Investigator: Building Principal, Assistant Principal/Business Administrator
The investigator provides written notice to the involved individual and their parents, gathers and reviews evidence, prepares investigative reports, and provides opportunities for the involved parties to review and respond to the response.
Decision Maker: Superintendent/Assistant to the Superintendent
The decision maker reviews the evidence and responses and provides a decision.
Appeal Decision Maker: Board of Directors
The appeal decision maker reviews the evidence and responses of the appeal and provides a decision.
