Welcome to my teacher page!

Hello! My name is Daeva Simmons and I am a Learning Support Math Teacher for grades 4, 5, and 6. I am so excited to be teaching you. This year is going to be amazing!

I graduated from IUP in 2016 with a degree in Special Education PreK-8 and Regular Education PreK-4. In the Spring, I am returning to IUP to get my Master's in Health and Physical Education. I love to learn and look forward to any opportunity to do so.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy hiking, working out, watching sports (especially the Pens), and spending time with my family, friends, and cat, Evgeni.
