SUBJECT:  Reading and Literacy

GRADE: 5th Grade and Kindergarten!

      Hello PAES families! I am so thrilled to be joining the Punxsy community! My name is Kendall Newell and I am the 5th grade Reading Specialist this year! I will also be working with some of the Kindergarten classes as well. I recently moved the Western PA from Boulder, Colorado! I taught kindergarten and 5th grade in Colorado for the last 7 years before moving to Pennsylvania. 

       I love to travel, cook, and read!! I also own a 1965 Mustang that I have been rebuilding with my Grandpa and I am a sports fanatic! I enjoy football, baseball, volleyball, and softball! I can't wait to get started working with the amazing students and faculty here at PAES!!!
