I am one of two school psychologists in the Punxsutawney Area School District. I work with the entire district serving students in grades K-12. Some of my job responsibilities include assessment and identification of educational disabilities, consultation with teachers, staff and parents, and implementation of academic and behavioral interventions. A large portion of my time is spent assisting the team in determining eligibility and need for special education services. District psychologists also provide evaluation services for resident students attending private or alternative schools.
